Interior walk-through
Signs of leaks, pests, HVAC operation, thermostat & humidity, plumbing runs, appliance checks, smoke detectors.
Exterior perimeter
Doors, windows, roofline, gutters, siding, storm damage, landscape condition, and anything that looks off.
Storm response
Priority visits after named storms and nor'easters. You get a report before you even think to ask.
Detailed digital reports
Photos, notes, and a timestamped log — all in your client portal so you have a full history of your property.
Handyman Services
We offer general handyman services. Since jobs vary, we'll review the scope and confirm cost before any work begins.
Handyman work is billed separately from your Home Management plan.
