Signs of leaks, pests, HVAC operation, thermostat & humidity, plumbing runs, appliance checks, smoke detectors.
Exterior perimeter
Doors, windows, roofline, gutters, siding, storm damage, landscape condition, and anything that looks off.
Storm response
Priority visits after named storms and nor'easters. You get a report before you even think to ask.
Detailed digital reports
Photos, notes, and a timestamped log — emailed to you after every visit so you have a full history of your property.
Included handyman services
The everyday repairs that don't need a full contractor — leaky faucets, loose railings, screen and window fixes, drywall touch-ups, gutter clearing, furniture assembly, and other small jobs around the house.
