Hi, I'm Eric Hawkes.
I own Hawkes Nest Realty, LLC and have spent more than 15 years investing in, managing and caring for residential properties. I also own and operate Hawkes Nest, a short-term rental in Harwich Port.
My family and I call Dedham home, while our second home in Harwich Port has given me firsthand experience with the challenges that come with owning and maintaining property from a distance.
Managing my own properties taught me what it actually takes to keep a home running — from routine maintenance and contractor coordination to the unexpected issues that always seem to come up.
Hawkes Home Services grew directly out of that experience.
I bring the same hands-on mindset to every property I care for. The idea is simple: give homeowners someone local, dependable and accountable who they can call when something needs attention.
Outside of work, I'm a husband and father to two boys, with a black lab named George keeping us on our toes, and a sports fan through every season. That same dependable, team-first drive is what I bring to caring for your home.
