Hi, I'm Eric Hawkes.
I own Hawkes Nest Realty, LLC, managing multiple properties, and operate Hawkes Nest, a short-term rental in Harwichport. With over 15 years of experience in real estate and property management, running my own properties taught me what it actually takes to keep a home running — the routine upkeep and the unexpected alike. Hawkes Home Services grew out of that experience.
I bring that same hands-on mindset to every property I care for — not for a one-off visit, but for the long haul. At the end of the day, it's simple: I do what's right, and I'm in your corner.
Outside of work, I'm a husband and father to two boys, with a black lab named George keeping us on our toes, and a sports fan through every season. That same dependable, team-first drive is what I bring to caring for your home.
