Expert guidance to help you list and manage your short-term rental. You stay the host; we help with setup, photos, cleaners, contractors, and ongoing operations. Available to active Home Management clients.

After more than 15 years owning, managing and caring for residential properties, I know how quickly the maintenance, repairs and projects can add up — and how valuable it is to have one person you know you can call.
I'm a homeowner in Dedham, a second-home owner in Harwich Port, a husband, dad and coach. Hawkes combines that personal perspective with real property-management experience to provide homeowners with responsive, straightforward and accountable service.
